Once you added money to your credit balance using cryptocurrency, you can create a card and enter any amount up to $1.000 USD to fund your card.

‍You cannot use the Anon card or the following purchases; cash disbursement, manual or automated;  financial institution cash, money orders, wire orders for example, our cards don't work at companies like; WesternUnion, Wise Etc.

Anon Virtual Visa® Cards do NOT support 3D Secure payments, therefore, they will not be useable if the merchant/platform requires 3DS.

Visa or the issuing banks may choose to restrict their services in specific countries, regions or even for specific merchants. This is entirely at their discretion. However, Anon Virtual Visa® Cards are used/tested in the European Union successfully for a variety of merchants including at; electronic, food delivery, clothing, gas stations etc. merchants.

Merchants and PSPs may choose to not accept Anon Virtual Visa® Cards. This is out of our control and is covered by our terms and conditions.

All other currencies other than USD will be automatically converted into the currency of your payment. The FX rate will be determined by Visa®

When paying with an Anon Virtual Visa® Card, you should use the name associated with your Anon account. You can use any billing address you want.

Anon Virtual Visa® Cards must be used within 60 days of creation.

There are no additional fees when using the Anon Virtual Visa® Card to pay online.

If you return an item to a merchant, the purchase balance will be refunded to the card originally used to make the purchase.

We cannot refund the card issuing and load fee, (as these fees go to the issuing bank) however we can refund you your card balance back to your credit balance, credit can be used towards the purchase of another card.

You can delete the card in order to receive the remaining card balance back to your account credit balance. Credit can be used towards the purchase of another card.
