The Anon Virtual Visa® Card is not redeemable in Albania; Belarus; Congo; the Democratic Republic of the Congo; Cote d'Ivoire; Cuba; Islamic Republic of Iran; Iraq; Democratic People's Republic of Korea; Republic of Korea; Lebanon; Libya; Myanmar; Nicaragua; Pakistan; Somalia; South Sudan; Sudan; Syrian Arab Republic; Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela; Yemen; Zimbabwe.
The Anon Virtual Visa® Card is not 3DS enabled and may have issues at some merchants with enhanced transaction fraud screening.
You must not use the Anon Virtual Visa® Card to try to purchase something valued far in excess of your card balance (eg, trying to purchase a $200 product with a $20 card balance).
You must never view your Anon Virtual Visa® Card details through any website apart from the official www.paywithanon.com website.
We do not guarantee that the Anon Virtual Visa® Card can be used with all or specific merchants, as successfully using the Anon Virtual Visa® Card with a merchant relies on our card provider's fraud prevention policies, the merchant's fraud prevention policies, along with many user-based aspects which we cannot control (eg, VPN use, your IP address/location, current device settings and history, etc). As a result, we cannot refund you if you are unable to use your card with all or specific merchants.
You may only use the Website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Website to harm Anon or any merchants transacted with via these Services. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

Anon provides Accounts in good standing with the ability to purchase, accrue, and utilize Anon Account Credit Balance ("Balance Credit") held for future use. Balance Credit may be used exclusively to purchase Services and other goods sold by Anon, and it is not redeemable for cash or goods and services from other merchants or vendors unless required by law. Balance Credit is not a checking account, demand deposit account, or savings account. Once associated with a Anon Account, Balance Credit is not transferable beyond the Anon platform. Balance Credit is not insured by any government or third party. Account inactivity beyond 12 months may result in reductions of the Anon Account Credit Balance. These limits may be adjusted at Anon's discretion.
The Company may charge certain fees associated with its Services and underlying services or products purchased through its Services. Where applicable, these fees will be detailed in the specific of the product or service with which they are associated with. Purchases made on Anon may be subject to handling fees and confirmation time. Anonreserves the right to charge additional fees to mitigate abusive behavior at its discretion.
The Company may deny you access to the Services if, in its sole discretion, you fail to comply with any terms or provisions of these Terms. The Company also reserves the right to review, postpone, or cancel the acceptance or dispersal of funds to any user at its discretion. In the event of possible violations, the Company and its partners or suppliers may initiate an investigation, suspend or terminate the Account, remove materials from their servers, issue warnings, or take other responsive actions.
